Linh's story
Ms. Linh is 28 years old, married, and a mother of three school-aged children. Her family lives in a coastal area of Thanh Hoa province.
Her husband works as a factory worker at a nearby industrial zone, while Ms. Linh has been running a small seafood business for nearly five years. She purchases fresh seafood directly from local fishermen each day and sells it at the market, mainly serving workers from nearby industrial parks. Her monthly income is over USD 300, helping support her family’s daily expenses.
Due to limited capital, Ms. Linh is unable to buy seafood in larger quantities to meet customer demand. She is now applying for her fourth loan from Thanh Hoa MFI to purchase more fish and expand her business.
