Mayra Luz
A loan of $1,850 helps to maintain an avocado crop and ensure a productive harvest.

Mayra Luz's story
Mayra is 52 years old and lives in Izcuchaca, a farming community in southern Peru where many families depend on what manage to produce in the fields. Single and fully dedicated to agriculture, she has made her work on the land her main source of livelihood and a way to get ahead through her own efforts.
Today, she needs financing to maintain her avocado plantation, a crop that requires constant investment but also represents a great opportunity for economic growth. Like many farmers in her area, Mayra lacks access to traditional banking services and finds this support an opportunity to continue investing in her land.
Supporting her means trusting a hardworking woman who never stops in the face of difficulties. With your help, she can strengthen her avocado production and demonstrate that, with dedication and opportunities, work in the fields always bears fruit.
