Jehova Es Mi Luz Group's story
Nilda is a mother to two children and is part of the Jehova es mi Luz group, which provided her the opportunity to start a business. Currently, she runs a food store out of her home, a business she was able to invest in thanks to the financial support she received from the group. This initiative allowed her to improve her financial situation and provide a better quality of life to her family, while getting experience in managing her own business.
Her dream is to be able to grow her shop and convert it into a bigger business, with the goal of leaving a legacy for her children. Nilda hopes that in the future, her children will take advantage of this business as a source income and achieve financial independence.
With this loan, she plans to purchase bags of chicken, bait, stew, tomatoes, peppers and onions to restock her business.
Other members of the group make a living selling clothing, fruits, vegetables and perfumes. Others run a kitchen, food store and other businesses.
