Meyki is a young coffee producer from the north of Nicaragua, 30 years old. He is dedicated to coffee production as his main economic activity, currently, with more than 15 years of experience, he manages his farm under the Fair Trade certification process and is committed to continuous improvement to increase the productivity of his farm.
He manages a farm of 46.47 hectares of land, of which 6.33 hectares are productive coffee. During the coffee season, he provides 25 jobs in his community, contributing to local economic development.
As part of the annual investments to improve the quality of the productive infrastructure, he is requesting a loan for the purchase of construction materials and payment of labor for the construction of a camp, to provide better comforts and conditions to his collaborators, since their role is of the utmost importance to collect coffee in season. Therefore, it is important to guarantee his well-being.
This is the second funding he has received from PACSA.
